<p>The present invention relates to a conductive ink compound, and a method for manufacturing the same. The conductive ink composition of the present invention comprises: 30 to 70 parts by weight of conductive metal; 10 to 30 parts by weight of carbon black; 200 to 400 parts by weight of purified water; 200 to 350 parts by weight of an inorganic pigment; 300 to 400 parts by weight of a water soluble solvent; 10 to 50 parts by weight of a mordant; and 100 to 300 parts by weight of a binder solution. Here, the water soluble solvent is a mixed solvent of the purified water and alcohol; and the binder solution is a mixed solution of the purified water, the alcohol, a glycol-based solution, and an organic solvent. The conductive ink binder according to the present invention: is eco-friendly as a material obtained by absorbing, oxidizing, and decomposing synthetic toxic substance ingredients in a manufacturing process; reduces emission of various toxic substances such as formaldehyde or a volatile organic compound; and obtains a more stable binder dispersed material by going through a heat treatment process during the manufacturing process. In addition, as the ink itself shows a deodorization effect, a paper, a film and the like coated with the conductive ink binder according to the present invention: has high durability; absorbs electromagnetic waves; exhibits excellent conductivity; and is eco-friendly.</p> |
