A process for preparing a compound of Formula I: or an enantiomer or a mixture of enantiomers thereof; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; comprising the step of reacting a compound of Formula Ia: with 3-aminopiperidine-2,6-dione, or an enantiomer or a mixture of enantiomers thereof; or a salt thereof, in the presence of triethylamine; to form the compound of Formula I; wherein R1 is hydroxyl.
