The present invention relates to a method for enabling a base station to transmit and receive a data signal in a channel with a spatial correlation, which includes the steps of: estimating the spatial correlation of the channel; selecting a part of the channel based on the estimation result, and transmitting a signal for estimating the channel through the part of the channel which are selected; and receiving the channel estimation information estimated based on the signal from the terminal, and generating a data signal to be transmitted to the terminal through the channel by using the channel estimation information.
