The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rice cake mixed with a fresh vegetable including: an immersion step of soaking washed rice in water for five hours; a step of grinding the soaked rice by using a grinder; a steaming step of steaming the ground rice powder to produce an un-shaped rice cake; a step of cutting a washed fresh vegetables into small pieces; a salting step of salting the cut vegetable pieces by adding salt to the same; a moisture removal step of removing moisture by squeezing the salted vegetable pieces; a sterilization step of sterilizing the fresh vegetable pieces from which moisture has been removed by using a UV sterilization apparatus; and a shaping step of shaping the rice cake by inserting the sterilized fresh vegetable pieces and the un-shaped rice cake, produced in the steaming step at the same time. The rice cake mixed with a fresh vegetable is manufactured by mixing rice, which is a main ingredient for a rice cake for a stir-fried rice cake, a bar rice cake, and a sticky rice cake, selectively with either a fresh vegetable or a boiled vegetable. Therefore, the rice cake mixed with a fresh vegetable, unlike an existing rice cake, provides a new texture and can promote health. In addition, the rice cake mixed with a fresh vegetable has an appearance distinguished from the existing rice cake as various kinds of colors are generated on the rice cake depending on colors of vegetables mixed with the rice cake. |
