SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FEEDING FUEL TO THE DIESEL ENGINE

The present invention relates to a device to control fuel supply to a diesel engine and a method thereof and, more specifically, relates to the device to control fuel supply of the diesel engine and the method thereof capable of controlling RPM to transfer fuel of a fuel pump of low pressure by setting a fuel consumption amount of an injector and aimed fuel supply pressure in accordance to the fuel temperature. That is, the present invention sets the aimed fuel supply pressure in accordance to the fuel consumption amount of the injector, and changes the RPM to transfer the fuel of the fuel pump of low pressure in accordance to the aimed pressure to reduce consumption power of the fuel pump of low pressure; thereby increasing fuel efficiency and simultaneously reducing operating noise. The RPM of the fuel pump of low pressure is increased for lubrication and cooling of a pump of high pressure when the temperature of the fuel increases wherein the fuel pump of low pressure controls the aimed fuel supply pressure to be higher than a current pressure.
