<p>A shuttlecock launching apparatus wherein shuttlecocks are transported from a vertical storage tube for launching in a wide range of trajectories, the shuttlecock launching apparatus comprising a shuttlecock storage with first and second launching wheels, a transfer assembly for transferring a single shuttlecock to the launching wheels, the transfer assembly including a gripping device for retaining and holding a single shuttlecock, the shuttlecock assembly being mounted on a vertically moveable base while the transfer assembly is horizontally moveable, a cam wheel and a cam follower in an arrangement wherein the cam follower is connected to the transfer assembly to cause and guide the horizontal movement.</p> |
