1. A composition comprising at least one fatty acid or derivative thereof and at least one low temperature stabilizer selected from the group consisting of a branched chain fatty acid and a cyclic fatty acid; wherein the fatty acid derivative comprises:
(a) at least one derivative selected from the group consisting of an ester containing fatty acid derivative and a nitrogen-containing fatty acid derivative, and (b) optionally cyclic fatty acid up to 1 wt % of the fatty acid derivative, wherein further the low temperature stabilizer is present in an amount ranging from 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of the mixture of the fatty acid or derivative and low temperature stabilizer and any cyclic fatty acid content in the low temperature stabilizer is present in addition to the cyclic fatty acid in the at least one fatty acid derivative such that the low temperature stability of the composition is improved compared to the low temperature stability of the fatty acid or derivative thereof without said stabilizer.
