The present invention relates to an apparatus of processing ballast water in a ship, in which a plurality of balls, carbon crystals, are arranged two- or three-dimensionally in contact with each other and are interposed to be movable within a space between a discharging electrode and a ground electrode which are arranged in a medium that is seawater. Thus, while the balls are in contact with the discharging electrode and the ground electrode, the medium can be moved within gaps between the balls. |
