Disclosed is a method for retransmitting an adaptive voice packet considering service quality. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: receiving a reception notification message for a current voice packet from a reception terminal; determining whether at least one previous voice packet, transmitted from the current voice packet within a certain time, is transferred to the reception terminal, when the current voice packet is analyzed as not being transferred to the reception terminal based on the reception notification message; and selectively retransmitting the current voice packet to the reception terminal or controlling the number of retransmission of the current voice packet to retransmit the same, based on the determination.
