a substrate comprising graphene; and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) formed on at least a portion of the graphene, wherein the PEDOT is formed by oxidative chemical vapor deposition, and wherein the thickness of the PEDOT does not vary more than 10%. |
