<p>The present invention relates to an automatic winder to extrude a film and, more specifically, relates to an automatic winder to extrude the film capable of automatically and continuously wind a film around a paper pipe without a temporary halt or a partial halt by improving a structure of the winder winding the extruded film made of a material such as vinyl, and improving an efficiency of manufacturing and reducing a volume of the film by winding the film, which is extended tighter, more rapidly around a paper pipe at a constant speed. Ultimately, the present invention relates to the automatic winder to extrude the film capable of remarkably improve productivity of a product. According to the present invention, the automatic winder to extrude the film is characterized by including: a body unit with an internal receiving space; a winding unit formed inside the body unit, winding the film around the paper pipe; a film supplying unit formed on one side of the winding unit, supplying the film inside the winding unit through a film transfer roller; a paper pipe supplying unit formed on an upper side of supplying the film to the inside of the winding unit; a film cutting unit formed inside the body unit, cutting the film wound around the paper pipe via the winding unit; a taking-out unit taking out the paper pipe around which the film is wound to the outside of the body unit; and a driving unit formed inside the body unit and generating power is provided.</p> |
