SEALING APPARATUS OF TURBINE WITH BRUSH AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a brush sealing apparatus for a turbine having a sealing unit mounted in an inner circumference of a casing to seal a flow of a fluid leaked between the casing of a turbine and a rotor rotated inside the casing to improve sealing performance with respect to a space between the turbine and the rotor inside the turbine and improve productivity of a product. The present invention comprises: a cover unit installed in the sealing unit and having a pair of coupling units coupled to each other to each upper portion of the coupling units by a coupling means and wherein the coupling space is formed inside the coupled portion and having pressing units protruding in directions opposite to each other formed in each lower portion; and a brush unit having a fixed plate disposed in the upper portion of the coupling space and having a plurality of bristols of which an upper end part is fixated to a lower surface of the fixed plate and the lower end part is extended toward the outer circumference of the rotor to be pressed while passing between the pressing units.
