发明名称 GRAPHITIZATION OF NANODIAMONDS BY PHOTOCHEMICAL REACTION AND CARBON NANO MATERIALS FABRICATED BY THE SAME
摘要 <p>Provided is a simple method for graphitizing a nanodiamond without high-priced vacuum equipment and large energy consumption. According to the present invention, a method for graphitizing a nanodiamond induces a photochemical reaction by irradiating a colloid solution with a pulse laser, after forming the colloid solution by dispersing a nanodiamond in a solvent, thereby graphitizing the nanodiamond. According to the present invention, a diamond structure can be converted into a graphite structure with a photochemical reaction of a nanodiamond and a solvent in a colloid solution. The method can be performed using a solvent and a laser without high-priced vacuum equipment and large energy consumption, thereby being capable of simply graphitizing a nanodiamond at low costs.</p>
