The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode, wherein a hole transport material and an electron transport material are doped on a light emitting layer so that the light emitting layer does not form an electron transport layer and a hole transport layer, thereby maximally suppressing the formation of a barrier and increasing electrical mobility. The organic light emitting diode according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an anode; a duplex complex organic light emitting layer formed on the anode; and a cathode formed on the complex organic light emitting layer. The complex organic light emitting layer can be made of a hole transport material layer, the light emitting layer including a host and a dopant, and an electron transport material layer which are stacked on the anode in order.
