The present invention discloses an image identification apparatus, a method thereof and a computer readable medium having computer program. That is, the present invention separates an object and a background based on raw data in generating a sample and a query image, compresses the separated object with low compressibility and compresses the separated background with high compressibility. Thereby, the quality for the object can be improved on the same amount of information. The quality of object identification can be improved in performing learning and identification on the separated object.
