1. A liquid crystal panel, comprising:
a color filter substrate; and an array substrate, the array substrate having data lines and gate lines formed thereon intersecting each other to define pixel units, the pixel units each comprising a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode, wherein the thin film transistor comprises a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and an active layer, the gate electrode is connected to the gate line, the source electrode is connected to the data line, the drain electrode is connected to the pixel electrode, the active layer is formed between the gate electrode and the source and drain electrodes, primary spacers and secondary spacers are disposed between the array substrate and the color filter substrate, a color resin unit and a black matrix is formed on the color filter substrate, the color resin unit corresponds to the pixel electrodes on the array substrate, the black matrix corresponds to a region of the array substrate other than the pixel electrodes, wherein the primary spacers are formed on the color filter substrate and the protrusions are formed on the array substrate, and the primary spacers and the protrusions are in contact with each other such that the primary spacers and their respective contacting protrusions extend between the array substrate and the color filter substrate, the protrusions correspond to the gate lines or the data lines of the array substrate and not the gate electrode of the thin film transistor, such that the primary spacers are between the protrusion and the color filter substrate and are not between the thin film transistor and the color filter substrate, and the protrusions comprise a laminated structure of an active layer pattern and one or more selected from the group consisting of a gate line metal layer pattern, an insulating layer, and a data line metal layer pattern. |
