<p>The present invention relates to a composition for a heat radiation sheet with heat conductivity, a manufacturing method thereof, and the heat radiation sheet with the heat conductivity and, more particularly, to a heat radiation sheet with heat conductivity capable of satisfying high heat conductivity and insulation. The composition for the heat radiation sheet with the heat conductivity includes a polymer resin, a solvent for diluting the polymer resin, a thermally conductive filler for improving the heat conductivity, and a dispersant. The thermally conductive filler includes aluminum nitride sintered powder. The thermally conductive filler further includes diamond powder or at least one selected among the aluminum nitride non-sintered powder, alumina powder and boron nitride powder.</p> |
