Embodiments of the present invention relate to informing an emergency state. A system for informing an emergency state may include: an electronic device which transmits a server request message including stored identification information and present position information to a server when a user inputs a service request signal of indicating an emergency state; and the server which extracts the position information and the identification information by receiving the service request message, searches at least one different electronic device located in the range of the set radius of the extracted position information and selects the second electronic device, extracts corresponding language information from the identification information of the second electronic device stored in the server, and transmits emergency state alarm information by language, corresponding to the language of the language information to the second electronic device. |
