An adhesive composition containing a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer which contains, as monomer units constituting the polymer, a monomer having an alicyclic structure and a monomer having a nitrogen atom; an adhesive agent produced by curing the adhesive composition; and an adhesive sheet (1) in which an adhesive agent layer (11) comprising the adhesive agent is sandwiched between two release sheets (12a, 12b). The adhesive composition, the adhesive agent and the adhesive sheet (1) exhibit satisfactory adhesion force to at least transparent conductive films and glasses.
