<p>The present subject matter discloses a kit to detect at least one adulterant in milk. The at least one adulterant includes at least one selected from a group of cane sugar, hydrogen peroxide, malt dextrin, glucose, ammonia, urea, nitrates, sulfates, detergents, neutralizers, starch, and formalin. Further, the invention provides a rapid detection method for indentifying milk adulterant.</p> |
