The present technique relates to an electronic device. According to the present technique, an electronic device comprises: a first magnetic layer with a magnetization direction fixated; a third magnetic layer with a magnetization direction fixated; a second magnetic layer with a variable magnetization direction, interposed between the first magnetic layer and the third magnetic layer; a barrier layer interposed between the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer; and an insulation layer interposed between the second magnetic layer and the third magnetic layer, wherein the first magnetic layer can have the width 1.5 to 5 times broader in comparison with the width of the second magnetic layer. |
