A current-feedback electronic arc-extinguishing apparatus, which is a current-feedback electronic arc-extinguishing apparatus suitable for conducting arc extinguishing on a mechanical switch. The current-feedback electronic arc-extinguishing device comprises a power semiconductor device (K) which is connected to a mechanical switch (SW1) in parallel, and a power supply circuit (S), wherein a main loop of the power semiconductor device (K) is connected to a current transducer (CT) and is used for detecting whether the mechanical switch (SW1) is switched off; an output signal of the current transducer (CT) is connected to a control circuit (A), and a control end of the power semiconductor device (K) is connected to the control circuit (A); the power supply circuit (S) is connected to the control circuit (A), and the power supply circuit (S) supplies power to the control circuit (A); and when the current transducer (CT) detects that the mechanical switch (SW1) is switched off, the control circuit (A) controls the power semiconductor device (K) to be shut down. The current-feedback electronic arc-extinguishing apparatus has the advantages that the time for conducting the power semiconductor device is short, and the reliability is high. |
