Network node and methodtherein for inter cell interference coordination. A method in a network nodecomprises estimating (301, 402) spatialproperties of a radio channel R1 between a base station BS1 and at least part of an underlay/neighboring cell based on information about spatial properties of a radio channel between the base station BS1 and a respective at least one UE, UEi, located in aregion associated with inter cell interferencein relation to the underlay/neighboring cell;and adapting (302, 405) a transmission to a UE, served by the base station BS1, in a reduced power subframe, based on a correlation between the spatial propertiesof the radio channel R1 and estimated spatial properties of a radio channel between the base station BS1 and the UE. Performingof the methodenables control of interference subjected towards the underlay/neighboring cell,caused by downlink transmission to the UE. |
