Disclosed is a ligament reconstruction system involved in the field of medical devices, and when using this system to perform the initial ligament reconstruction, and if a revision surgery is needed, the ligament can be quickly replaced via an extra-articular small incision, without the use of arthroscopy. Because of the quick revision characteristic of this technology, there is no longer any need for ligament substitute materials to be in solid combination with bone channels, making the reliable use of artificial materials other than autologous/allogeneic tendons be possible. The system also reduces the difficulty and expense of revision surgery, shortens the hospital stay time and expands ligament reconstruction indications. The system comprises: a first in-bone hollow pipe (1), a second in-bone hollow pipe (2), a ligament substitute (3), a first fixing member (4) and a second fixing member (5); the first in-bone hollow pipe (1) and the second in-bone hollow pipe (2) are respectively implanted in and run through a proximal joint bone (6) and distal joint bone (7), and the ligament substitute (3) is built inside the first in-bone hollow pipe (1) and the second in-bone hollow pipe (2). |
