An insulated box consists of a box body (4) and a cover (1). The box body consists of an insulation board (2) and a barrier film (3). The insulation board forms a box body frame. A surface of the box body frame is fully coated with the barrier film. The insulation board and the barrier film create a vacuum therebetween. The cover is made of an insulation material. The insulation board is a board with a plane surface, a curved surface, or an irregular surface. The insulation box is easy in a molding method, and has thin thickness, a simple structure, low cost, and good insulation performance. |
