The present invention relates to a mobile type floating storage power generation plant gasifying a liquefied natural gas stored in a cargo hold of the liquefied natural gas, and having a thermal power generation module generating power using the fuel gas. An accommodation having a wheelhouse and an engine room, where various facilities are installed, are installed in an optimal position to secure a view during operation and improve work efficiency. Moreover, a steam turbine power generation module is disposed inside the engine room in order to be capable of optimizing a length of a hull to be minimized rather than the hull installed in an upper portion of an offshore structure, and to secure accessibility in the accommodation and optimize a steam line.
