Provided are: an Sn-ion-containing acid solution formation step (S01) for obtaining an Sn-ion-containing acid solution; a first neutralization step (S02) for adding any one or more alkali solutions selected from ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, and ammonia water to the Sn-ion-containing acid solution, maintaining a pH of 3-6, and obtaining an Sn precipitate; an Sn precipitate separation step (S03) for separating the Sn precipitate; an Sn precipitate dispersion step (S04) for dispersing the separated Sn precipitate in a solvent solution; and a second neutralization step (S06) for adding an alkali solution to the dispersion of Sn precipitate and obtaining SnO by heating. In the first neutralization step (S02), Na, K, Pb, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Al, Mg, Ca, Cr, Mn, Co, In, and Cd are left in the Sn-ion-containing acid solution. |
