<p>The present invention relates to an arc monitoring degradation diagnostic system comprising: a sapphire window; a first optical filter for filtering and outputting infrared rays with the wavelength of 1-5μm which enters through the sapphire window; a second optical filter for filtering and outputting light with the wavelength of 4.35μm which enters through the sapphire window; an infrared ray sensor for detecting light with the wavelength of 4.4-5.0μm output from the first optical filter, and light with the wavelength of 4.35μm output from the second optical filter; an amplifier for outputting an amplification signal by amplifying the light detected from the infrared ray sensor; a band-pass filter for band-passing and outputting a flicker frequency signal of 5-20 Hz among amplification signals output from the amplifier; an ultraviolet light detection sensor for detecting ultraviolet rays; a pulse generation module for generating discharge pulse by the ultraviolet rays detected from the ultraviolet light detection sensor; a digital signal process module for outputting a digital signal by receiving the discharge pulse generated by the pulse generation module; and an arc generation determination module for outputting a non-arc signal when a digital signal is output from the digital signal process module and the flicker frequency signal of 5-20 Hz is output from the band-pass filter, and for outputting an arc signal when a digital signal is output from the digital signal process module and the flicker frequency signal of 5-20 Hz is not output from the band-pass filter.</p> |
