The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing fluff solid fuel using combustible waste. The method for manufacturing fluff solid fuel according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) primarily crushing introduced waste, which is for the purpose of manufacturing fluff solid fuel from combustible waste, using a bag-breaker/crusher; (b) separating a ferrous component from the waste, which has been primarily crushed in step (a), using a primary magnetic separator; (c) performing particle-size sorting of the waste, from which the ferrous component has been separated in step (b), using a primary vibration-type multi-stage particle-size sorter; (d) secondarily crushing large-particle waste using a shock crusher after the particle-size sorting in step (c); (e) separating a ferrous component from the secondarily crushed waste using a secondary magnetic separator; (f) sorting the waste, from which ferrous component has been separated in step (e), according to weight using a wind separator; (g) separating a ferrous component from the lightweight material, which has been separated in step (f), using a tertiary magnetic separator; and (h) crushing waste, from which the ferrous component has been separated in step (g), using a crusher, thereby manufacturing solid fuel. According to the present invention, the throughput of solid fuel per introduced waste is increased to the maximum; the ferrous component is sorted out from a mixture of waste, which has been discharged from a high-speed inertia crusher, and a heavy material, which has been separated by a wind separator, using a quaternary magnetic separator; and nonferrous metals are sorted out from waste, which has been discharged from the quaternary magnetic separator, using a nonferrous separator, thereby making profits. |
