Proposed are a method and apparatus for providing a search content, which are used for improving the input efficiency of the search content. The method for providing the search content comprises: providing, by a client device, a first level of search content to a user; receiving, by the client device, a first selection command input by the user, wherein the first selection command is used for indicating the selection of a first search content by the user, the first search content being selected by the user from the first level of search content; and providing, by the client device according to the first selection command, a second level of search content to the user, wherein the second level of search content is the next level of search content associated with the first search content. The method can improve the input efficiency of the search content. |
