The present invention consists in an infusion chamber for preparing a beverage by means of a capsule, which has a receptacle with an abatable cap geometrically designed for receiving a capsule. The chamber is fastened to a chassis manufactured in a single piece. Said chassis is arranged for being used in different outer carcasses of devices intended to prepare beverages using capsules. The innovation of the invention consists in creating an easy mechanism with a single pivoting axis and a chamber designed to prepare infusions with the help of a prepared capsule, also having a design for introducing water into the infusion chamber that is outside the infusion capsule but inside the chamber for completing the beverage preparation.
