The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composition having improved anti-oxidant activity and content of beta-glucan by treating Grifola frondosa with an enzyme or ultrahigh pressure and, specifically, to a method for manufacturing a composition having excellent anti-oxidant activity and content of beta-glucan by an enzyme process of performing an enzyme reaction of Grifola frondosa by adding a protease or a carbohydrase; or an ultrahigh pressure process applying pressure of 25-500 MPa. According to the present invention, a composition having excellent anti-oxidant activity and content of beta-glucan is manufactured from Grifola frondosa. The composition of the present invention is used as an anti-aging agent, an anti-cancer agent, an immunization enhancing agent, etc. |
