A Method for determining the existence of re-buffering events in an http adaptive streaming video session between a client and a server, in a network node, comprises the steps of, in an operational mode: Gathering subsequent http GET messages for said video session, Extracting a feature vector for said video session, Comparing said feature vector with a task dependent feature set determined during an earlier performed training mode, such as to obtain a reduced feature set for said video session, Deriving from said reduced feature set an indication of whether said video session contains a re-buffering event or not. |
