The invention discloses a cup of a sponge bra and a processing mold, and belongs to a bra cup which is subjected to die pressing forming at one time. The cup is characterized by comprising a cup body which consists of one or multiple layers of sponge and is subjected to die pressing forming at one time, wherein the outmost sponge layer of the cup body is a sponge layer with a piece of surface cloth; patterns with concave-convex structures are arranged on the outermost layer surface or the innermost layer surface of the cup body; the mold of the sponge bra cup comprises a cup die pressing convex mold and a cup die pressing concave mold; patterns with the concave-convex structures are arranged on the outer surface of the cup die pressing convex mold or the inner surface of the cup die pressing concave mold of the cup. The mold disclosed by the invention is simple in structure; after the cup is subjected to die pressing, the surface of the cup does not need to be covered and decorated in the later stage, and the cup can be directly stitched with other parts; therefore, the manufacturing cost is lowered, the stitching efficiency is improved; moreover, the product is unique. |
