The present invention relates to a compressor with an electric motor, which has a stator including a stator core, coils, and a string. The stator core comprises stacked core plates and has clamping parts at the boundary between a yoke and bases of tooth parts. The clamping parts are separated from the stator core by a constant distance in a circumference direction. The string does not pass through the spaces of the tooth parts having clamping parts arranged to the outside in the radial direction of the stator core, and passes through the space of the tooth parts adjacent to both sides of the space of the tooth part having clamping parts arranged to the outside in the radial direction. Also, the coil ends of the coil are laced by the string to pass though at least one of the spaces of two random adjacent tooth parts. |
