The present invention relates to a device for supplying livestock feed and a method for supplying feed by using the same. The device comprises: a feed container having one or more of livestock feed and drinking water; a sensor for sensing a livestock head part around the feed container; and a sterilization water sprayer for spraying sterilization water to have aromatic components towards the inside of the feed container. When the livestock mouth goes closer to the feed container to feed, the sensor senses that the livestock mouth goes closer to the feed container, and sterilization water is sprayed around the livestock mouth towards the inside of the feed container, so sterilization water is induced to be sucked through the livestock nose and mouth as being sprayed. Pathogens fed in livestock respiratory organs such as the livestock lung and bronchial tube are killed by the sprayed sterilization water. Accordingly, livestock respiratory diseases are prevented, and livestock infected by diseases can be treated. |
