In the present invention, disclosed is a Korean cold noodle manufacturing apparatus. The Korean cold noodle manufacturing apparatus includes a cold noodle extruder, which has an extrusion pipe through which dough is inserted and extruded as noodles and a piston rod having a pressurizing unit, which is located on an upper portion of the extrusion pipe and is inserted into the extrusion pipe, and presses the dough, inserted in the extrusion pipe to extrude the noodles as the piston rod moves down along the inside of the extrusion pipe. In order to enable a user to check a remaining amount of the dough, inserted in the extrusion pipe, and the weight of the extruded noodles when the pressurizing unit presses the dough, inserted in the extrusion pipe, and extrudes the noodles as the piston rod moves down, the Korean cold noodle manufacturing apparatus comprises: a holder body (10) which is located on an upper side of the pressurizing unit (3) arranged on the piston rod (2) of the cold noodle extruder (1); a hinge body (20) which is hinged with one side of the holder body (10) and is lifted up when the pressurizing unit (3) moves down as the piston rod (2) moves down; an indicator (30) which is joined with the hinge body (20), moves down to follow the hinge body (20), lifted up when the pressurizing unit (3) moves down, and indicates a moving-down length of the pressurizing unit (3); and a clamp (40) which fixates the indicator (30) on the cold noodle extruder (1). |
