The present invention relates to a reformer exercise apparatus which comprises: a base frame in a rectangular shape; a carriage which is placed in an upper portion of the base frame and installed to move along a pair of guide rails formed on the inner surface of the base frame; an elastic member which connects the carriage and the base frame and generates a tensile force when the carriage moves; a foot bar whose base end is installed to be rotatable at the inner surface of the base frame connected to the elastic member, and whose front end is fixated to a pair of supporters extended toward the upper portion of the base frame; and an one-touch lever which controls the rotation of the pair of supporters, which have a plurality of latching protrusions on the base end of the supporters, by being inserted into or detached from the latching protrusions according to a pressing operation by a user. As a result, when the position of the foot bar is adjusted according to the body shape of the user, the rotation of supporters connected to the one-touch lever can be easily controlled just by a pressing operation of the one-touch lever. |
