The present invention relates to a walking assistance apparatus and, more specifically, to a walking assistance apparatus which, as an apparatus for helping a user who has difficulty moving perform a normal walking exercise, secures user's safety by preventing an elastic body from being tensioned or contracted at a certain amount or more through an elastic force supply means positioned between a fixed frame and a safety belt which a user wears; and is capable of exerting a function of preventing a patient's movement from stopping suddenly by forming a shock absorbing means. |
