The invention relates to a joint unit (10), comprising a shaft (12), which has, at each end thereof, an accommodating pin (16) having a collar (14), and comprising two shaft caps (18), which are cylindrical and have a collar (20) at the ends thereof and are arranged on the accommodating pins (16) in such a way that the shaft caps rotate without play. The invention further relates to a joint (100), comprising a joint unit (10) according to the invention and at least two joint bodies (24, 26), wherein the first joint body (26) is rigidly connected to the shaft (12) and the second joint body (24) is rigidly connected to the shaft caps (18). The invention further relates to a method for producing a joint (100). In said method, at least one joint unit (10) according to the invention is first inserted into a mold of a casting tool. Then casting material is cast around the joint unit (10), wherein the casting material is cast at least partially around both the shaft (12) and the shaft caps (18) of the joint unit (10). |
