ALUMINUM ALLOY HUB MANUFACTURING METHOD

An aluminum alloy hub manufacturing method, comprising the following steps: 1) material preparation; 2) preheating; 3) forging; 4) spinning; 5) stabilizing; and 6) machining and surface treatment. The aluminum alloy hub manufacturing method can decrease time for preheating blanks and eliminate the heat treatment processing of solid solution and aging, and provides a high rate of finished products and stable mechanical property, as well as significantly decreases energy consumption and improves production efficiency. The manufactured aluminum alloy hub has better mechanical property and higher tensile strength, yield strength and elongation rate, thus meeting various performance requirements of a hub.
