The invention relates to pyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives of general structure (I), (II) and (III), which are selective inhibitors of MAO-B, and to the use thereof for producing medicaments for treating disorders derived from the hyperactivity of MAO-B, especially degenerative disorders of the central nervous system (SNC), such as Parkinson's disease (PD), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other dementias. The derivatives of the invention are pyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives which present fragments of dithiocarbamate bound in position 4, 5 or 6 by means of an alkylic chain having a variable length (n=l, 2, 3). The invention also relates to the production of said compounds.
