Provided are a method and device for pre-processing switching under a MIMO communication system, a transmitter and a receiver. Based on the method, the performance of the MIMO communication system can be increased, and the robustness of the system can be improved. The method comprises: pre-setting L groups of parameters, the parameters comprising a permutation matrix T and a pre-coding matrix F, wherein the permutation matrix Τ is any one matrix of L matrixes contained in a matrix set W, the matrixes in W are different pairwise, and the permutation matrix Τ is a square matrix in M rows and M columns, M being the number of antennas at a transmitting end; determining any one parameter group which enables a value of the difference between data to be sent and pre-estimated data received by a receiving end to be within a first pre-set range as a first parameter group: a permutation matrix T1 and a pre-coding matrix F1; pre-coding the data to be sent through the pre-coding matrix F1; and processing the pre-coded data through the permutation matrix T1. The method is suitable for the technical field of communications. |
