A voltage measuring apparatus (1) is provided with: a detection probe (11); a voltage absolute value measuring circuit (18) that acquires a voltage for measuring an absolute value of an alternating current voltage from a voltage induced by means of the detection probe (11); and a phase measuring circuit (19) that acquires a voltage for measuring a phase of the alternating current voltage from the voltage induced by means of the same detection probe (11).
