Provided are an aqueous urethane-urea resin composition and a production method therefor, allowing for the production of an aqueous urethane-urea resin composition having a refined particle diameter, excellent storage stability, and no less capabilities than in prior art, even without using an organic solvent, and whereof the productivity is excellent, as no organic solvent is used. The invention relates to the aqueous urethane-urea resin composition comprising an isocyanate monomer and an urethane prepolymer containing no hydrophilic groups, which have been emulsified and dispersed in water in the presence of an adduct of dialkanol alkanoic acid having an isocyanate at each of the two ends, and polymerized with a multivalent amine compound. In the mixture comprising the isocyanate monomer, the urethane prepolymer containing no hydrophilic groups, and the adduct of dialcanol alkanoic acid having an isocyanate at each of the two ends, the amount of residual NCO groups is between 3.5 and 9.5 percent by mass inclusive. |
