Disclosed are a Dutch auction system and a Dutch auction method for goods and CCTV wherein Dutch auction for goods and Dutch auction for CCTV can be assisted on-line between consumers, construction companies and distribution companies. For the purpose, the Dutch auction system and the Dutch auction method provide a construction quotation service, a Dutch auction service (BtoB) for goods, a paid after-sale service, and an off-market service for selling and buying goods. Accordingly, the present invention can treat goods easily via goods trade between consumers, enables a consumer to install CCTV at low construction costs by advancing a CCTV service between a consumer and a construction company via Dutch auction, and enables a construction company to do many works without publicity activities. So the present invention can give economic benefit to all parties. |
