The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation of stem cells into muscular cells and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating muscle damage diseases. The present invention induces the specific differentiation of stem cells into muscular cells very efficiently by using the so-far-unknown histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) as a new differentiation regulation target. The present invention can be favorably used to prevent or treat various muscle damage diseases, such as muscular dystrophy, muscular inflammation, and fibrosis, by regenerating lost muscular tissues. |
