The embodiments of the present invention provide a display style adjustment method, device, and system. The display style adjustment system of the present invention is suitable for instant messaging and comprises: an acquisition module, used for acquiring the relationship of at least two terminals in an instant messaging group; a determining module, used for determining, on the basis of the relationship of the at least two terminals acquired by said acquisition module, the target display style recommended by some or all of the at least two terminals; a selection module, used for selecting said target display style according to the instructions of said determining module as well as rules preset by the system, so as to display, on some or all of the terminals, an instant message in the target display style. In the embodiments of the present invention, the display style used by a terminal on which a display conflict has occurred during an instant messaging process is adjusted, raising the degree of recognition of different participating users in the process of multi-user instant messaging, and accomplishing accurate and rapid identification of multiple users participating in communications. |
