Provided is a resin film comprising a thermoplastic resin layer and a curable resin layer and having excellent heat resistance and yellowish discoloration resistance. The resin film according to the present invention comprises a thermoplastic resin layer made from a thermoplastic resin and a curable resin layer arranged on the thermoplastic resin layer, wherein the thermoplastic resin has a glass transition temperature of 250ºC or higher, the thermoplastic resin layer has a total light transmittance of 85% or more, the hue of the thermoplastic resin layer is changed to such a level that the hue b value becomes 2 or less when the thermoplastic resin layer is heated in air from 25ºC to 250ºC, the curable resin layer is formed by curing a curable resin composition containing a curable monomer and/or a curable oligomer, the content of a solvent in the curable resin composition is 1% by weight or less relative to the whole weight of the curable resin composition, and the storage modulus of the curable resin layer at 250ºC is 20% or more of that at 30ºC. |
