Provided is a fluid collecting device using a collecting curtain. The fluid collecting device using a collecting curtain comprises: a body unit which restricts a moving path of a fluid leaked from a fluid facility and is adjacent to the fluid facility for transferring or storing a fluid; a collecting unit which collects the leaked fluid and is connected to the body unit; and a control unit which controls the collecting unit and is connected to the body unit. The collecting unit comprises a collecting curtain arranged on the body unit and a plurality of collecting curtain support pendulums connected to an end of the collecting curtain. The collecting curtain support pendulums are activated by a control signal of the control unit to surround surroundings of the body unit.
